Currently the company has a range of opportunities available in Ireland and other countries of West Europe.Community Representative - RussianGKI/50/CRRThis person will serve as a conduit between the company and the Russian speaking gaming community, relaying feedback to the developers and the rest of the company and keeping players informed about current plans and updates related to the company's games. The Community Representative is also responsible for contributing to the official websites and for representing the company at community events. Other areas of responsibility include fan-site interaction, fan-fair participation, and assisting the other members of the company community team with a variety of related tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consistently reading and responding to postings in the online gaming forums Investigating open topics with other teams of our clientWriting and presenting regular internal forum-feedback reports Participating in and coordinating fairs and events Assisting other members of the community team with community-related tasks Other responsibilities, as assigned

The ideal candidate would be an avid MMORPG gamer with experience as a member or moderator of a forum-based community. An even temper and a passion for providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment are essential. Also, this person would be highly motivated, conscientious, and detail oriented, with excellent communication skills.REQUIREMENTS:

Strong written and spoken communication skills in Russian and English combined with a passion for gamingStrong time-management and organization skillsAbility to efficiently produce high-quality web site announcements and updatesStrong customer-service skills and a professional attitudeDiligence to consistently follow up on open subjects in the forumsA strong motivation and high level of commitment, willingness to work long hours, and be available on callAvailable for occasional travel Proficiency with MS Office

OFFER:

Basic salary is 30 K-32 K Euro per annum, depending on experience Visas for non-EU citizensFull relocation package will be provided
